How does Web3 subscription work?

Web3 account just work with our WSI token. You will not be able to pay for the Subscription in FIAT Currencies, instead, you can Exchange the WSI Token on several platforms and then connect your wallet on wesendit.com. If you create a paid subscription, we will deduct the amount of WSI from your wallet according to the selected plan. Once the first subscription period ends (one month), you need to have autopayment enabled with at least the number of tokens for one month.

What is autopayment?

Autopayment is a feature where you can approve a certain amount of WSI tokens we can deduct on the day of renewal. Please be aware that every change from of the site spending gap will cost some fees on the blockchain. Therefore, we suggest setting the site pending gap for more than just one month, this helps you to use your account on an ongoing basis without having to remember to renew your account every month.

How can I enable autopayment?

You can enable and disable autopayment at any time in your account. Following these steps to enable or disable the autopayment:

1. Log in to your account on the login page with the "connect" wallet button
2. On the account dashboard, find the section with "Account Details" and click on "Update account Details"
3. Locate the "Autopayment" Section between the "Profile Picture" and "Subscription and Account" section.
4. Toggle the autopayment feature
5. The modal Window from the wallet will open in the browser (in this tutorial, we use Metamask)
6. Edit the "Site request spending cap":
   
   Let's assume the token price is currently $0.04, and we subscribed for a Basic Plan. If you like to approve for 6 Month, then you can use the following formula: 

   Subscription Plan in $ / Token price in $ * Number of Month to approve = Spending cap.

   
   4.90$ / 0.04$ = 122.5 $WSI * 6 = 735 $WSI
   
   Please be aware, that the token price changes frequently. If you calculate with a higher price, it might be possible that the spending cap will be reached earlier.
   Type the spending Cap in the respective field and click on "Next"
7. Double-check the summary and approve the spending cap.
8. Once the approval is done, the toggle will change its position, and you see the amount of WSI Token currently available:
   

How can I disable autopayment?

You can disable this feature at any time from your account dashboard. Take the following steps to disable autopayment.

1. Log in to your account on the login page with the "connect" wallet button
2. On the account dashboard, find the section with "Account Details" and click on "Update account Details"
3. Locate the "Autopayment" section between the "Profile Picture" and "Subscription and Account" section.
4. Toggle the autopayment feature and make sure, the site spending cap is set to "0" (zero)
