Remove account

By following a few simple steps, users can delete their account, with the option to provide feedback or reasons for their departure:

1. Access the "Remove Account" Button: You'll find the "Remove Account" button on your "Account Details" page.

2. Initiate Account Removal: Clicking the button initiates the process, taking you to a modal window.

 

If you have an ongoing transfer (uploading in progress), the modal window will provide additional details, ensuring you understand the consequences.

At any point, you can choose to cancel the process by clicking the "Cancel" button in the modal window.

3. Account Removal: If you decide to proceed, click the "Remove" button. This action will automatically log you out, remove your account, and prevent further login.

4. Data Removal: Your uploaded files, folders, and any ongoing transfers (including their files/folders) will be removed, ensuring your data is inaccessible via previous links.
